Program Development Workshop

On April 24-25, 2013, Strategic Healthcare Group will be hosting the Blood Management University® Program Development Workshop at its campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to network with other blood management champions from across the country, participate in meaningful group discussions and learn through interactive simulation exercises.
The goals of the workshop are to:
- Provide participants with the training, tools, and resources needed to develop and maintain a comprehensive blood management program
- Prepare Blood Management Coordinators/Transfusion Safety Officers to optimize the safety of hospital transfusion practices through ongoing education, evaluation and process improvement
